Yealink

This instruction explains, how to start a network and a SIP-trace on Yealink end devices and DECT bases.

Not every Yealink device is explained here.

The following instruction is about the Web Interface of the device. To access this interface, enter the IP-Address of Your Device in the Browser.

  • e.g. http://192.168.80.111

Open Trace menu​

Open the menu "Pcap" in the tab "Settings" and under "Configuration".

Choose PCAP type​

The dropdown menu "Pcap Type" shows two Options:

  • "Normal": The capture gets saved on the Device and can be downloaded via "Export".
  • "Enhanced": The capture gets downloaded after terminating it.

Choose the Option "Normal".

Start capture​

Start the capture with the button "Start".

Stop capture​

End the capture using "Stop".

Download file​

Afterwards download the capture as a PCAP file with the button "Export".
