Gigaset
This instruction explains, how to start a network and a SIP-trace on Gigaset end devices and DECT bases.

The following instruction is about the Web Interface of the device. To access this interface, enter the IP-Address of Your Device in the Browser.

Open Trace menu
- Gigaset Maxwell Basic / 3 Pro
- Gigaset P8xx / P7xx IP PRO
- Gigaset Fusion Pro
Open the menu "PCAP Logging" in the "STATUS" tab.
Open the menu "PCAP Trace" in the "Status" tab.
Open the menu "PCAP logging" inside the settings in the tab "Diagnostics" under the folder "Service."
Start capture
- Gigaset Maxwell Basic / 3 Pro
- Gigaset P8xx / P7xx IP PRO
- Gigaset Fusion Pro
Here activate the capture (logging) of the network pakets using "Start".

Stop capture
- Gigaset Maxwell Basic / 3 Pro
- Gigaset P8xx / P7xx IP PRO
- Gigaset Fusion Pro
End the capture by clicking on "Stop".
End the capture by clicking on "Stop".
End the capture with the button "Stop".
Download file
- Gigaset Maxwell Basic / 3 Pro
- Gigaset P8xx / P7xx IP PRO
- Gigaset Fusion Pro
Afterwards download the capture as PCAP file with the button "Download".
