3CX

This instruction explains, how to start a network and a SIP-trace on a 3CX.

Open Trace menu

Open the menu "Capture traffic real time" by clicking on "Capture" under "Dashboard" inside the Admin Console.

Choose interface

Here You can choose the interface to capture. The interface "lo" is used for internal systempakets and can be ignored. If in doubt, choose "All".

Start Capture

Then click on "Start" to initiate the Capture.

Stop Capture

Terminate the Capture by pressing "Stop".

Download file

Afterward You get two Options to download the Capture:

1. "pcap capture": Download only the network capture.
2. "support info": This is a ZIP Archive with the system settings and logs from the 3CX. Additionally, it contains the Capture as PCAP file as well.
