Time Conditions
Time conditions are used to direct calls to another destination within a specific time frame, also known as a "Time Group". This is used to forward calls via IVR or CFC during business hours and to reject them outside of business hours.
Configuration
Time Groups
Click on the "Applications" tab and select the "Time Groups" menu item.
To add a new time group, click on "Add Time Group".
The following configurations can be made:
- Description:
<Name of the time group> - Time to Start:
<When this time group begins to apply> - Time to Finish:
<When this time group no longer applies> - Week Day Start:
<The weekday this time group begins to apply> - Week Day Finish:
<The weekday this time group no longer applies> - Month Day Start:
<The day of the month this time group begins to apply> - Month Day Finish:
<The day of the month this time group no longer applies> - Month Start:
<The month this time group begins to apply> - Month Finish:
<The month this time group no longer applies> - Add Time:
<Add a new time slot>
If an additional time slot needs to be added, click on "Add Time".
Afterwards, click on "Submit". Once created, this time group can be used for all time conditions.
Additionally, a Calendar can be used to include holidays.
Time Conditions
When the "Time Groups" or the Calendar are ready, "Time Conditions" can be created. Click on the "Applications" tab and select the "Time Conditions" menu item.
Time conditions can only be configured if time groups or calendars have been created.
To add a new time condition, click on "Add Time Conditions".
The following configurations can be made:
- Time Condition name:
<Name of the time condition> - Override Code Pin:
<Set a PIN code to change the time condition's times via a feature code> - Time Zone:
<The time zone of the time condition> - Mode:
<Decide whether to use time groups or calendars> - Destination matches:
<Destination if the time matches> - Destination non-matches:
<Destination if the time does not match>
Finally, click on "Submit" and "Apply Config".
