System Recordings
System Recordings can be used throughout the system. They can be recorded via the web interface, software, or a phone.
Configuration
To create these, click on the "Admin" tab and select the "System Recordings" menu item.
To create or upload a system recording, click on "Add Recording".
The following configuration options are available:
- Name:
<Name of the recording> - Description:
<Description of the recording> - Upload Recording:
<Upload a recording> - Record In Browser:
<Record in the browser> - Record Over Extension:
<Record via phone> - Link to Feature Code:
<Option to re-record via a feature code from a phone> - Feature Code Password:
<A password for the feature code> - Convert to:
<Convert a recording to different file types>
Finally, click on "Submit" and "Apply Config".
