Call Flow Control
Call Flow Controls are used to redirect calls at any time. For example, during company holidays or when no one is in the office, you can simply execute a feature code or press a button, and all calls will be directed elsewhere.
Configuration
Click on the "Applications" tab and select the "Call Flow Control" menu item.

To add a new Call Flow Control, click on "Add".

The following configurations can be made:
- Call Flow Toggle Feature Code Index:
<The number that can be used for the feature codes> - Description:
<Description for the Call Flow Control> - Current Mode:
<The initial mode for the Call Flow Control> - Optional Password:
<The password for the Call Flow Control> - Normal Flow:
<What happens when the Call Flow Control is in Normal mode> - Override Flow:
<What happens when the Call Flow Control is in Override mode>

The list displays the Feature Code and the status of the Call Flow Control. The status can be changed using the feature code.
"DAY" refers to the Normal mode and "NIGHT" to the Override mode.
