Calendar

A calendar is used to create time groups with holidays and other non-working days. It is also possible to link an existing CalDAV calendar, an Outlook calendar, or an iCal calendar. However, this guide only describes the creation of a local calendar.

Configuration

Click on the "Applications" tab and select the "Calendar" menu item.

To add a new local calendar, click on "Add Calendar" and then "Add Local Calendar".

The following configurations can be made:

  • Name: <Name for the calendar>
  • Description: <Description for the calendar>
  • Timezone: <Timezone for the calendar>

Afterwards, click on "Submit".

To adjust the times in the calendar, click on the eye icon in the "Actions" column.

Add Event

Click on "Add Event" to add an event.

An "Event" tab will then open, which offers the following configuration options:

  • Event Title: <Name of the event>
  • Event Description: <Description of the event>
  • Start Date: <Date when the event starts>
  • End Date: <Date when the event ends>
  • Start Time: <Time when the event starts>
  • End Time: <Time when the event ends>
  • Reoccurring: <Whether the event repeats>
  • Repeats: <When the event repeats>
  • Ends: <When the recurrence ends>

Afterwards, click on "Submit" to add the event.

This calendar can be used in Time Conditions.
