General FAQ

What do I need to make calls with sipcall?

To make calls with sipcall, you need the following:

  • sipcall account
  • Internet connection/reception
  • A SIP-enabled device (mobile app, phone, adapter, softphone, IP PBX, etc.)
Does sipcall offer telephone support?

Yes, sipcall offers telephone support for business customers (customers with the sipcall business product).

All other customers receive support via written communication.

Can I make multiple calls simultaneously with VoIP?

Yes, with VoIP there is no limitation on the number of simultaneous calls. You can make as many concurrent calls as you like.
The only limitation is the bandwidth of your internet connection. Additionally, the number of concurrent calls may be restricted by the device you are using.

Do I enter into any commitments when signing up with sipcall?

For sipcall business accounts and international phone numbers, there is a 30-day cancellation notice at the end of the month.

For all other products, you do not enter into any commitments when signing up with sipcall. There are no minimum contract periods or cancellation notices. You are also not required to make any payments or use sipcall services.

The only obligations are the following:

  • The information provided during registration must be correct and complete.
  • The customer is required to keep their information up to date.
  • sipcall services must be used in accordance with applicable laws and recognized internet standards.

If a customer violates these rules, sipcall reserves the right to delete the user account at any time without prior notice.

I am receiving unwanted calls. What can I do?

You can block the caller:

  • If the caller's number is displayed, you can block the number. Portal -> Phone number -> Blocking set -> Block incoming calls -> Enter phone number

You can also block all anonymous callers.
Phone number -> Blocking set -> Block incoming calls -> Enable for Hidden numbers

Afterward, you can report the caller to us for further investigation.
