App Permissions
When opening the sipcall app for the first time, you will be asked to grant various permissions.
To ensure the app functions properly, please allow all requested permissions.
Battery Life Information
Since all incoming calls are received via power-saving push notifications, you can completely close the sipcall app after successfully scanning the QR code.
On some Android devices, power saving mode must be disabled in the device settings for the sipcall app.
Otherwise, incoming calls may not be received if the app is closed or in standby mode.
Restarting Your Smartphone
After restarting your smartphone, we recommend opening the sipcall app once.
This ensures that push notifications will work correctly again.
Information about SIP or RTP Traffic
Please note that some Wi-Fi or mobile network providers may block SIP or RTP traffic,
which may limit the functionality of the sipcall app.
Using the sipcall app over a mobile data network may result in charges from your mobile provider.
Activating DND (Do Not Disturb)
In the "Favorites," "Keypad," "Contacts," and "Call History" sections, you will find the "sipcall button" in the top left corner.
By tapping this button, you can activate the "DND" feature.
When "DND" is enabled, all incoming calls will be declined and shown as missed calls in the history.
Notification sounds for incoming messages will also be suppressed.
When "DND" is active, this will be indicated at the top left on the "sipcall button."

Using the Busy Lamp Field (BLF)
The BLF feature only works for other phone numbers that are part of the same shared account (Pro or Business account).
It does not matter which device is registered to the other number.
To use this feature, go to the "Favorites" menu, tap the three-dot menu (ellipsis) in the top right corner, then select "Edit Mode."
Now tap the plus icon in the bottom right corner. In the "Title" field, enter the name, and in the "Phone Number" field, enter the sipcall number in canonical format (e.g., 41442005000).
Then activate the "Busy Lamp Field" feature. Save your entry by tapping the checkmark icon in the top right corner.
You will now see the person you just added. If the person is currently on a call, their status will turn green and show "On Call."
If the person is not on a call, they will appear gray with the status "Off Call."
Using the Voicebox
If you have set up a voicebox for your phone number and the "Email Dispatch - Action" setting is set to "None" or "Copy,"
an additional icon/button will appear next to the receiver icon on the "Keypad" screen when someone leaves a voicemail.
Using this additional icon/button, you can listen to and delete your messages.
You will also receive a push notification.
Office 365 Contact Integration
Tap the "Contacts" icon and, in the top right corner, switch from the "Address Book" tab to "Office365."

You can now connect to your Microsoft account using "Sign In."
All contacts from your main contact folder will be synced regularly.
Please note that contacts from subfolders or shared folders currently cannot be synced.
