Firewall

Restart the device after completing the configuration. To do this, click on "System" in the top right corner, then select "Reset and Reboot" -> "Reboot" from the menu on the left.

Optional

Firewall

The Yeastar TA200 includes a built-in firewall, which is disabled by default. You can define the firewall rules under "System" -> "Firewall Rules."

When a phone number is registered, the device automatically creates a new firewall rule. This rule is named "autop-VoipServerX" and should not be deleted.

To use this firewall, add a new rule with the following configuration by clicking the "Add Rule" button:

  • Name: Allow_HTTP_Access_LAN
  • Description: Allow HTTP access from LAN
  • Protocol: TCP
  • Port: 80 : 80
  • IP: (Local Network) / (Corresponding Network Mask)
  • MAC Address: (Leave blank)
  • Action: Accept

This rule allows access from your local network to the web interface of the Yeastar TA200. Additionally, in the "General Settings", you must enable the options "Enable Firewall" and "Drop All" (check the boxes) for the firewall to function properly. Then, click the "Save" button and "Apply Changes" in the top-right corner.

Testing

Now test your VoIP phone by making both an incoming and outgoing call.

Calls to other sipcall numbers are possible without credit, while calls to paid landline or mobile networks require a sufficient balance on your sipcall account.

If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
