Enable prompting when transferring calls

Details

The behavior when transferring calls can be controlled. Without adjustment, the call is transferred directly and without prompting. If you want to prompt when transferring (transferring) a call, please make the following adjustment.

Access your device via the web interface. After logging in, click on the "Advanced" menu item on the left side, and then click on "Behavior" below it.

Here, the option "Behavior of Transfer Key in Transfer" can be set to "Attended Transfer".

Save the adjustment by clicking "Apply".

Testen

Now test your VoIP phone by making both an incoming and outgoing call.

Calls to other sipcall numbers are possible without credit, while calls to paid landline or mobile networks require a sufficient balance on your sipcall account.

If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
