Innovaphone

This guide explains how to configure a sipcall sip trunk with an Innovaphone PBX.

1. Register the SIP-Trunk​

  • Open the "Innovaphone PBX" web interface and navigate to "Gateway".
  • Select the "SIP" tab.

  • Click on the button "Trunk add"
  • Select the sipcall template with the name "CH-Backbone_Solutions_AG-sipcall_SIP_Trunk".
  • Give the new SIP-Trunk a name, for example "sipcall".
  • Enter the prepared configuration data from the sipcall customer-portal into the following fields:

AOR: <Username>@<SIP-Server>
Username: <Username>
Password: <Password>
Retype: <Password>

2. Routing​

  • Navigate to "Gateway".
  • Here select the "Routes" tab.

  • Set the following route for the sipcall trunk:

3. Call testing​

  • Now test your newly configured "Innovaphone PBX". You can do this by making an inbound and outbound call.

Make sure that all necessary ports (e.g., SIP: 5060, RTP: 9000-10999) are open on your firewall or router for our IP addresses.
