To avoid issues with anynode, we recommend directly setting the respective interface as the address for communication. If you have a custom configuration or wish to configure this manually, you can skip this step.

When asked which region of sipcall you would like to use, please select the appropriate region. If you have a VoIP account from us with a phone number in the format "41442005000", please select "sipcall CH". However, if your VoIP account uses the format "43123452…", please select "sipcall AT".

In this step, please enter your VoIP credentials from the sipcall customer portal and then click on Next >.

At this stage, please check that the "User part of Address-Of-Record" contains your VoIP account. If this is not the case, adjust it accordingly and enter the username of your VoIP account there, e.g., 41442005000.

In the final step, you can name the new node and save it by clicking Finish. If all checkmarks on the left side are green, you have followed all the steps correctly.

Check Status

Finally, check the status in the dashboard of anynode. If you see OK and Active under State, as shown in the image, the configuration with sipcall is now complete. The anynode SBC is now successfully registered with sipcall, and you can proceed with configuring the SBC.

Now test your VoIP phone by making both an incoming and outgoing call.

Calls to other sipcall numbers are possible without credit, while calls to paid landline or mobile networks require a sufficient balance on your sipcall account.

If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
