AGFEO HyperVoice VM

This installation guide explains how to set up a sipcall sip trunk or a sipcall virtual pbx number with an AGFEO HyperVoice VM.

1. Registering the SIP Trunk​

1.1 Setting Location Prefixes​

  1. Open the web interface of the "AGFEO HyperVoice VM" and navigate to "Locations".
  • Modify the existing configuration as follows:
  1. Location name: Switzerland
  2. Country prefix: 00 41
  3. Local prefix: 0 <Trunk main number local prefix>

  1. Click "APPLY" to save the changes.

1.2 Registering the Trunk​

  • Navigate to the "SIP accounts" menu.
  • Click the gear icon and select the "SIP external" option.

  • Select the template "297 | sipcall / Einzelanschluss" from the "Template" dropdown menu.
  • Fill in the following fields with the configuration data from the sipcall customer portal:

Description: sipcall
Activate Updates automatically: enable
User: <Username>
Password: <Password>
Authentification name: <Username>

  • Next, add the phone number without the country prefix and local prefix as an MSN number.
  • Assign a name to this number.

  • To complete the registration, click "APPLY".

2. Configuring the SIP Trunk​

2.1 Adding Trunk Extensions​

  • In the "SIP accounts" menu, select the corresponding SIP trunk.
  • Click "add SIP" to add a new MSN number.
  • Select the location and enter the trunk extension number without country prefix/local prefix.
  • Additionally, assign a name to this number.

Number format: 2005000

2.2 Defining Call Distribution​

  • Go to the "Calls incoming" menu item.
  • Define the default call assignment for incoming calls.
  • You can delete an action with the minus symbol and add an action with the gear icon.
  • The following actions are available:
    • call user
    • voicebox
    • Fax
    • AIS/AMS
    • conference
    • terminate call

3. Configuring Emergency Numbers​

  • Click on the "Number blocks" menu.

  • Next to the "Emergency Numbers" row (Notruf Nummern), click "+ Add callingnumber".
  • Enter the emergency number.
  • Also specify which line should be used for dialing emergency numbers.

  • Repeat this step until you have configured all emergency numbers.
  • Confirm the configuration by clicking "APPLY". The configuration should then look as follows:

4. Testing Your AGFEO HyperVoice VM and SIP Trunk Configuration​

Test your newly configured "AGFEO HyperVoice VM" by placing both incoming and outgoing calls.

Calls to other sipcall numbers are possible without credit. Calls to the paid landline or mobile network require sufficient balance on your sipcall account.
