sip trunk
With sipcall SIP Trunk, your phone system is at the center.
What is a sipcall SIP trunk?
A sipcall SIP trunk is a connection via SIP that allows multiple accounts/numbers, known as trunk participants, to be linked through a single registration, called the trunk main number. The main advantage is that you only need to configure the trunk main number and add trunk participants to it. sipcall SIP Trunks support an unlimited number of voice channels.
The incoming and outgoing call behavior of the trunk participants is controlled by the configuration of the trunk main number. Since registration is done via username/password (SIP credentials), this connection is dynamic, and no static IP is required.
To ensure that emergency calls reach the correct local emergency service and the correct emergency location address is transmitted, a separate sipcall trunk must be configured for each location, even if there is only one phone system.
Reason: The trunk participants always authenticate using the trunk main number and its settings.
