Call2Crm
What is Call2Crm?
With Call2Crm, calls can be automatically linked to customers in your CRM system. If a call comes from a known number, the corresponding customer profile opens automatically. For unknown phone numbers, there is the option to create a new contact directly.
sipcall currently only supports integration with bexio.
Call2Crm can be configured for the following platforms:
- sipcall virtual PBX
- 3CX
- Microsoft Teams
Prerequisites
- sipcall virtual PBX
- 3CX
- Microsoft Teams
- At least one active sipcall virtual PBX must be present.
- At least one sipcall Trunk must be configured on your 3CX system.
- At least one active sipcall Microsoft Teams must be present.
- You need access to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
Instructions
1. Add Product in Portal
- Log in to the sipcall customer portal.
- Navigate to Products in the menu.
- Scroll to the inactive products and click the ADD button for Call2Crm.

2. Select Platform
Select the platform for which the integration should apply.
The available platforms depend on your sipcall plan.
With the sipcall Free, sipcall Classic, and sipcall Home plans, only the sipcall virtual PBX is available.

- Select sipcall virtual PBX and click NEXT STEP.

Customize the integration to match your workflow:
Display Contact Customer
- When Ringing: The CRM customer profile opens while the phone is ringing.
- When Call Answered: The CRM customer profile opens only after you have answered the call.
Create Contact for Unknown Callers
- Active: For calls from unknown numbers, a new contact is automatically created in the CRM (based on data from the Swiss phone book).
- Inactive: No automatic contacts are created for unknown numbers.

- Select 3CX and click NEXT STEP.

- Select Microsoft Teams and click NEXT STEP.

Customize the integration to match your workflow:
Create Contact for Unknown Callers
- Active: For calls from unknown numbers, a new contact is automatically created in the CRM (based on data from the Swiss phone book).
- Inactive: No automatic contacts are created for unknown numbers.

3. Connect bexio & Order
- Click the CONNECT BEXIO button.

- Enter your bexio login credentials in the new window.

- After successful login, you will be automatically redirected back to the sipcall customer portal.
- Click ORDER NOW.
- Review the displayed charges and confirm the order to activate Call2Crm.

4. Set Up Platform
After ordering, you need to activate the integration on your platform.
- sipcall virtual PBX
- 3CX
- Microsoft Teams
No further configuration is required for the sipcall virtual PBX. The integration is immediately active after ordering.
You need to upload a configuration file to your 3CX system and enter the token.
Download XML File & Copy Token
- Go to Products in the customer portal and click EDIT for Call2Crm.
- Download the XML configuration file.
- Copy the Token.

Upload Configuration to 3CX
- Log in to your 3CX system.
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations > CRM.
- Add the XML file as a template.
- Enter the copied token in the "Authentication Token" text field.
- Save the configuration.

You need to enter a configuration link in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
Copy Configuration Link
- Go to Products in the customer portal and click EDIT for Call2Crm.
- Copy the displayed configuration link.

Enter Link in Teams Admin Center
- Open the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
- Navigate to Call Policies under VoIP.

- Select a call policy or create a new one.
- Enable the feature "Open browser apps for incoming PSTN calls".
- Paste the copied link into the "URL to open browser apps for incoming PSTN calls" field for the Call2Crm integration.

- Save the changes.
Configure Microsoft Teams Client
- Open the settings of the Microsoft Teams client.
- Navigate to the "Calls" menu.
- Enable the option "Open browser apps".

Testing the Call2Crm Integration
Now test your new Call2Crm configuration. You can do this by making an outgoing call and receiving an incoming call.
Calls to other sipcall numbers are possible without credit; calls to the paid fixed-line or mobile network require a sufficient balance on your sipcall account.
