Telephone Service Codes

You can configure settings either in the portal or directly on your phone using a service code. This document describes the configuration directly via your phone.

Hide Caller ID

To hide your phone number for a call (Private/"Anonymous"), follow these steps:

  1. Dial *67 on your phone.
  2. Add the desired destination number.
Example

You want to call the number 0442005000 anonymously:
Then dial *670442005000.

  1. Start the call. Your number will be hidden for this call.
tip

If you want to permanently hide your phone number, set your caller ID display to Private ("Anonymous") in the customer portal.

Emergency services and telephone providers can still see your number even if caller ID is hidden.

Quality Test

This function allows you to test the quality of your phone calls and headsets, including voice clarity and the presence of background noise.

  1. Dial *81.
  2. Start the call.
  3. The recording starts for 30 seconds.
  4. The recording is played back.
