Hold Music

Hold music, also known as "Music on Hold" (MoH), is a feature of phone systems that plays music or announcements while a caller is on hold. This typically happens when a call is being transferred to another person or when the caller has to wait for a response for other reasons.

sipcall vPBX offers the following settings:

Standard

A royalty-free music track is available to all sipcall customers free of charge. It has a playback duration of 5 minutes.

Personal

You can upload and use your own music track. Please note that you are responsible for the legal use of the music, including any copyright fees.
