Connection Overview

The connection overview allows for the analysis of all incoming and outgoing calls within the customer account and provides detailed traceability of all connections.

Creating the Connection overview

The connection overview can be accessed via the “Reports” menu item within the “Conncetion overview” card by clicking the “Edit” button.

Clicking “Search Connections” opens a dialog window with various filter options to create a targeted connection overview.
The following filters are available to narrow down the results:

  • Start date: The start date is set via the date picker.
  • End date: The end date is set via the date picker.
  • Caller: Enables targeted filtering by the caller's phone number.
    • All: All numbers
    • Starts with: Filters all numbers that begin with the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
    • Contains: Filters all numbers that contain the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
    • Ends with: Filters all numbers that end with the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
  • Recipient: Enables targeted filtering by the recipient's phone number.
    • All: All numbers
    • Starts with: Filters all numbers that begin with the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
    • Contains: Filters all numbers that contain the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
    • Ends with: Filters all numbers that end with the value entered in the "Phone number" field.
  • Show failed calls: Determines whether failed call attempts are included in the connection overview.

The connection overview can be generated by clicking the “Search Connections” button in the dialog window.

Exporting the connection overview

Clicking “Download” opens a dialog window. In this window, the connection overview can be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking “Start Download” followed by “Download”.
