Caller Identification (CNAM Lookup)

With Caller Identification (CNAM Lookup), you can see the name and location of the caller directly on your display when receiving incoming calls. The data is sourced from the Swiss public telephone directory.

This feature offers you the following benefits:

• Caller information: If a match is found in the Swiss public telephone directory, the caller's name and location are displayed.
• Telemarketing call alert: If a phone number has been reported as a telemarketing call, the label "CALLCENTER" is prepended.

Caller Identification is a free additional feature that you can activate directly in your customer portal. This allows you to benefit from comprehensive caller identification for Switzerland at no extra cost. Caller Identification is also available with the sipcall MS Teams Direct Routing solution.
